Denmarks Nationalbank has established banknote exchange points at three FOREX shops: Copenhagen, Aarhus and Odense. You can, starting december 2nd 2024, exchange banknotes that become invalid until May 31st, 2026 at these points.
You can exchange banknotes that will no longer be legal tender in stores and banks after May 31 2025 at three FOREX shops in Copenhagen (Nørre Voldgade), Aarhus (Banegårdspladsen) and Odense (Rosengårdcentret). The deadline to exchange banknotes at one of the three banknote exchange points is 31 May 2026.
