Why we need to ask questions
FOREX is subject to rules for, among other things, customer due diligence and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Therefore, we may need to ask questions when you conduct an exchange with us.
For example, we can ask:
- Where the money comes from
- How the money has been saved or earned
- What the money will be used for
- Why you want to make the exchange
The questions can be asked regardless of the amount and even if you have previously been a customer of FOREX. Your data is treated confidentially.
